Reverse grip pulldown: 160X8, 180X6, 200X5
Hammer Strength Row: 3X6
Seated Cable Row: 160X8, 180X8, 200X6
Face Pulls: 3X12
Barbell curls: 4X10
Bench: 135X10X2, 185X8, 225X5, 275X3, 315X3
Titan Ram: 365X3, 405X3
RageX: 455X3, 495X2, 545X1
Tonight, the goal was to get into my new Rage X. Made an attempt before without success. Was bale to get it on today. Once it breaks in I'm looking for bigger weights.
